Unicorn Fizz
A vibrant, playful spritz with layered berry-vanilla notes and a sparkling finish

Ingredients

1. 30ml GUDGU Unicorn
2. 100ml chilled soda water (or sparkling lemonade for a sweeter profile)
3. 15ml fresh lime juice
4. 10ml vanilla syrup (optional, adds creamy softness)
5. Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
6. 1 slice of lime or lemon
7. Ice (large cubes preferred)
8. Edible glitter or shimmer dust (optional, signature visual effect)

Method

1. Use a large wine glass or tall highball glass. Fill generously with large ice cubes.
2. Pour 30ml GUDGU Unicorn directly over the ice.
3. Add 15ml fresh lime juice.
4. Optional: Add 10ml vanilla syrup if you want a smoother, slightly dessert-style finish.
5. Slowly top with 100ml chilled soda water
6. Drop in a handful of fresh mixed berries and a slice of lime.
7. Give the drink one gentle stir only
8. Optional: Lightly dust with edible shimmer or glitter for a “Unicorn effect.”
9. Enjoy!
