A light, floral serve with layered citrus and a clean, elegant finish
Ingredients
- 30ml GUDGU Elderflower
- 100ml premium tonic water (or soda for a lighter profile)
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 thin strip of lemon peel
- 2–3 fresh mint leaves
- Ice
Method
- Fill a stemmed glass (wine glass preferred) with ice
- Add GUDGU Elderflower over the ice
- Pour in fresh lemon juice to brighten the profile
- Top slowly with chilled tonic water
- Lightly clap the mint to release aroma and add to the glass
- Express the lemon peel over the drink (twist to release oils), then drop it in
- Give a gentle stir to combine
