Ingredients

1. 30ml GUDGU Galaxy (mixed berry concentrate)
2. 120ml chilled premium soda water
3. 15ml fresh lemon juice (or lime for a sharper edge)
4. 10ml blackcurrant syrup (optional, for deeper berry intensity)
5. Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
6. 1 strip of lemon or orange peel
7. Ice (large cubes preferred)

Method

1. Choose a large wine glass or highball glass. Fill it generously with large ice cubes – this slows dilution and keeps the flavour clean and layered.
2. Pour 30ml GUDGU Galaxy directly over the ice.
3. Add 15ml fresh lemon juice.
4. If you want a more intense, “cocktail bar” profile, add 10ml blackcurrant syrup.
5. Slowly pour in chilled soda water, letting it run down the side of the glass.
6. Take a strip of citrus peel, twist it firmly over the drink to release the essential oils, then drop it in.
7. Drop in a mix of fresh berries.
8. Give one very gentle stir just to combine the layers and enjoy immediately.
