Ingredients

1. 30ml GUDGU Turkish Delight
2. 100ml chilled soda water (or sparkling water for a softer finish)
3. 15ml fresh lemon juice
4. 10ml rose water (optional, for a more aromatic finish)
5. 2–3 fresh raspberries or strawberries
6. Ice (preferably large cubes)
7. Rose petals (edible, optional but highly premium)

Method

1. Use a large wine glass or stemmed balloon glass. Fill it generously with ice to keep the drink cold and elegant in presentation.
2. Pour 30ml GUDGU Turkish Delight directly over the ice. This forms the aromatic base of the drink.
3. Add 15ml fresh lemon juice to brighten the floral sweetness and create balance.
4. Slowly top with chilled soda water, pouring gently down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles and texture.
5. If using, add a few drops of rose water — just enough to enhance the fragrance, not overpower it.
6. Drop in fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries. Let them float naturally for colour and subtle infusion.
7. Lightly stir once or twice. Garnish with edible rose petals for a refined, luxury presentation.
